Tending the Creative Feminine Wellspring

In the heart of every woman, is a desire to connect with her inner creative landscape. Creativity flows from the feminine and, while we all embody our masculine/feminine energy field differently, establishing balance is essential to our well-being. The challenge for most of us is finding ways of keeping it centered and relevant in the midst of everyday life. 

This workshop is creative kickstart, a holistic reset, and a mindset shift for women as we move into the New Year. We’ll sit in a virtual circle to discuss energy dynamics over warm tea, then attune our energy body with a nourishing Breathwork Journey to prepare for some deep, intuitive writing. With evocative journaling prompts, we’ll map a new framework for our individual daily rhythms~getting crystal clear about how to carve out time each day to tap into your unique creative channels.
