Journey to Costa Rica

and the healing waters ofMontezuma

On the furthest tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, where the jungle mountains touch the Pacific shore, I've discovered a sanctuary dripping wild waters and abundant feminine, creative energy.  The bohemian town of Montezuma, Costa Rica. is a multi-ethnic community with a flavorful and vibrant local culture, well-loved by travelers from all over the world. This is the perfect location to reconnect with nature and fall back in love with rest, reimagine, repattern, and rejuvenate.

The retreat experience is an outpouring of my wild heart, creative muse, and bohemian spirit ~ born from my connection to this land and 20 years of learning it’s secret ancestral language intimately.   This is a sacred place where I return over and over to remember restore my wild feminine spirit~my intuition, my creativity, my sensuality.

 I know...

The secret waterfalls deep in the forest that kiss your crown and massage your shoulders

The rivers that flow from the forest and dump into the ocean, where we can cover our bodies in healing clay and bast in the sunshine on beds of jasper rock.

The almond trees from which to hang our art as we create with our hands, barefoot and feeling the earth's vibration.

I know the wise women and the healers

I know the weavers of magic, the makers of medicine.

I know the plants, the animals, the sacred rhythms.

And I love to bring women here to know it too.

I’m in collaboration with some amazing women from the peninsula who share their skills & jungle wisdom.
