A week immersed in the raw beauty of Costa Rica, connecting with your wild feminine essence, your most creative dream seeds, a tribe of soulful women, and the rhythms of nature. This journey is curated to nourish our bodies, replenish our minds, and inspire the flow of creativity, so we can return to our full modern lives more of who we are at heart.

This retreat experience is an outpouring of my wild heart, creative muse, and bohemian spirit ~ born from my connection to this land and 20 years of learning it’s secret ancestral language intimately. This is a sacred place where I return over and over to restore my wild feminine spirit~my intuition, my creativity, my sensuality. Embodied Rewilding ™ is a methodology I've created to share these gifts with you~EcoSomatic yoga, somatic breathwork, mindful meditation, journaling, forest journeying, and cold water therapy.

The secret waterfalls deep in the forest that kiss your crown and massage your shoulders
The rivers that flow from the forest and dump into the ocean, where we can cover our bodies in healing clay and bast in the sunshine on beds of jasper rock.
The almond trees from which to hang our art as we create with our hands with sand under our toes and sunset in our periphery.
I know the wise women and the healers
I know the weavers of magic, the makers of medicine.
I know the plants, the animals, the sacred rhythms.

Our daily rhythms
Our daily itinerary is fluid. We like to leave space for organic rhythm. Each day will vary slightly, depending on what magic we're weaving and the mood that washes over the group
Day 1 (Saturday)
Adventure to the Nicoya Peninsula Blue Zone & our remote Montezuma Villa
Settle in & enjoy an easy day by our private ocean-view pool with drinks, elixers, & light bites
Private Chef for an in-house Opening Night Dinner/Meet and Greet with Music & Salsa Lessons on our deck
Day 2 (Sunday):
Opening Circle + Early Morning extended Embodied Rewilding ™ Session with Angela.

Montezuma Waterfall Explore, Relax, and Swim
Plant Medicine Workshop
Making teas & body treatments to facilitate healing & connection throughout the week.
Beachfront DInner @ Cocolores
Day 3 (Monday):
Early Morning EcoSomatic Yoga and Breathwork Session with Angela.
Slow morning horseback ride to Cocalito Beach and El Chorro waterfall~one of the only on Earth that flows from the mountaintop into the sea.
Easy Afternoon Chill Poolside
Traditional Costa Rican cooking class and dinner at the Villa.
Day 4 (Tuesday):
Early Morning EcoSomatic Yoga and Breathwork Session
Free Morning to relax or schedule massage/bodywork at the villa with local healers
Travel to Santa Teresa for a Sacred Sound Journey with Cristina Kalyani, followed by an always epicST sunset/ beach bonfire

Day 5 (Wednesday):
Morning Intuitive Journaling
Sensual Dance With Cristiane Machado
Your choice: Easy Pool Day OR Deep Jungle Hike to Rio Miguelon Waterfalls for jungle swims and a plant walk with expert guide

Day 6 (Thursday):
Early Morning EcoSomatic Yoga and Breathwork Session with Angela.
Walk to Piedra Colorada for River Clay Application at the river mouth and Deep Jungle Massage Pools
Sound Journey with Patricia @ Ylang Ylang Resort
Open afternoon to relax or explore
Day 7 (Friday):
Early Morning extended Embodied Rewilding ™ Session with Angela.

Early Morning Departure from the peninsula back to San Jose
Travel Home feeling nourished, energized, open-hearted, turned, on, spirit-fed, connected, and full of wild inspiration

This poolside room has a king bed. It has a private bathroom in hallway, and is just steps away from the poolside deck with an ocean view.

This Queen room is one of two rooms, in a private apartment, on the top floor of the villa. It has large windows with a garden view. It comes with a private living room, balcony and breathtaking view. Private bathroom and outdoor tub (tub shared with Queen room).
